New deal for Bukayo Saka – becomes Arsenal’s highest paid

21-year-old Bukayo Saka’s success is paying off. The Englishman has been one of the season’s most influential players and now he has signed a new deal with Arsenal.

“Bukayo has now developed into one of the best young players in the game and we look forward to enjoying the next stage of his career with us,” Arsenal sporting director Edu said on the club’s website.

According to the Evening Standard, the contract extends over four years and Saka receives a salary of 200,000 pounds, equivalent to 2.6 million kroner, a week. With possible bonuses, the salary can rise to SEK 3.9 million a week.

That makes Saka the club’s best-paid player.
